Discovering the Value of Traditional Philosophy to Huawei

Abstract：Many companies absorb the essence to the practice of enterprise management from Chinese tra-ditional philosophy .Huawei ,as the best example ,has been studied as case in utilizing this management tactic .The paper discusses the management model about Huawei ,and analyzes the influence of Chinese traditional philosophy to Huawei as well as the valuation for the Huawei's success ,which provides a ref-erence for enterprise's grow th .
