Language Service in the Judicial Field

Abstract：In the past ,the research on judicial language was mostly conducted by scholars from an applied aspect .Since changes have happened rapidly in the national language situation ,the research on language service has been developing in recent years .The paper focuses on the language service in the judicial field ,w hich mainly consists of court interpretation ,authentication of w ritings ,analysis of recorded con-versations ,analysis of text messages and language on the webpage ,etc .The current situation of lan-guage service in the judicial field is not satisfactory enough .Relative regulations and institution should be established and be improved ,through cultivation as well as training ,to deliver quality language serv-ice in the judicial field .
