Research on Corporate Behavior under the Background of Industrial Transfer in Foshan
Abstract：In this paper, the Corporate Behavior has been studied under the background of industrial transfer in Foshan from the perspective of the enterprise. The existing problems during industrial trans- fer have been analyzed. By game analysis, some references to decision- making about the positive behavior taken to achieve maximized business value for enterprises have been provided. It will promote sustainable operations and enhance the core competitiveness, also provide a reference for the government to make the policy for promoting the industrial transferring, to adjust the industrial structure, to change the mode of economic growth and eventually to realize the sustainable , healthy and rapid economic development in Foshan city.
