Research on Nurture for Innovative Type People --Based on the establishment of quality model for innovative type people
Abstract：At present, self-innovation strategy has developed from theory to actual practice. To realize or accomplish self-innovation, the nurture for innovative type people is essential. In this paper, the quality composition for innovative type people has been firstly discussed, then their quality model has been es- tablished, and finally their fostering channels have been focused so that a referencing operation method to foster innovative type people from both theoretical and practical perspective can be offered.
