The Deviation and Adaptation of the Internal Quality Assurance Mechanism in Higher Education
Abstract：As the influence and restriction of both the external environment and the internal quality assu- rance mechanism, there still remain some problems of goal deviation, value conflicts and aggravation of environment in the university internal quality assurance mechanism. To enhance the effectiveness of uni- versity internal quality assurance mechanism, it is important to revalue the security goals, to balance the interests of the principal subject and to optimize the environment of the quality insurance.
