Survival Dilemma and Resolution for Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises
Abstract：Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSME) have been the foundation of national economy, but, currently, MSMEs in China is facing survival difficulties, with huge in number but short life-span, only 3-5 years. This phenomenon has both external reasons and inherent insufficiency. To grow and develop, MSMEs must abandon shortsightedness, strengthen independent innovation, emphasize product differentiation, and optimize the structure of corporate equity to realize modern corporate management.
