Adaptation Construction and Capability Development of Social Library in Urban development--developing conception of Functions of Foshan New Library
Abstract：Based on the United Library＇s ＂Foshan mode＂, Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project and Foshan Library＇s branding activities, starting from a series of new policies in constructing public cultural service system that Fohsan Library has to face, this paper discusses the service foundation of the social public culture and the social requirement of capability development, which are the important parts in Foshan new library＇s building business. Besides, this paper also analyzes and puts forward some service orientations and measures in Foshan new library＇s building business.
