Information Navigation Service for College Students and Its Enlightenment--A Case Study of Foshan University
Abstract：To aim at the current situation for information quality education of local college library, with the students＇ information habits and preferences, Foshan university library set up a ＂student information navigation＂ team to carry out student-centered Information literacy education. This paper describes the background, the role and the significance of the establishment of the team, analyzes and summarizes the information literacy education in the team practice and effect. It points out developing students infor- mation navigation service will help students of information technology. It＇s the important initiatives for information literacy education of innovation and development in local college.
