The Value of the Justice of Harmony
Abstract：Avoiding crime and conflict or ignoring the law is not the concern of the justice of harmony. The Chinese socialist system of law shall focus on the judicial fair so as to solve any sort of conflicts for interest and further to fulfill the social justice to the highest degree and then make the public harmonious.
