Abstract：The ancients said that ＂half of the Analects can rule the world＂, which means that this book has a wealth of management thoughts. The management thoughts include the ＂benevolence＂, as the nature of the management philosophy, the ＂courtesy＂, as the form of management, and the harmony, as the management spirit. This is not only the Confucian moral management, but also the essential thought for the state governance.
