An Innovative Research on Foshan Social Management
Abstract：Accompanied by widespread dissemination of micro-blog and other new media,the voice of public opinion increases day by day,which brings serious challenges to traditional social management model.The thinking mode must be changed to meet the positive public opinion rather than simply suppressing public opinion.In the era of new media,through the collection and organization of civil complaints,it would be a rare and effective way to investigate social mentality,listen to public opinions,and then lead and direct public opinion to adjust social emotion.The cross-over study on network community complaints and the reality of social management has undoubtedly a great significant theoretical meaning and practical value on the transformation of social management thinking mode in Foshan.
