The Possibility of the Combination of Natural Law and Legal Positivism
Abstract：Natural law and legal positivism are two sorts of typical research ways in the study of the western jurisprudence.If we analyze them in deep level,we can find the possibility to combine the two kinds of study ways.Nature law theory provides an interpretation model of law＇s ultimate validity,while legal positivists intentionally avoid the problem of the validity of the fundamental norms,because answering this question will inevitably lead to admission of natural law.It is the heckling on the law＇s ultimate validity that makes the possibility of the combination of natural law and legal positivism.
