A Study on the Legal Protection of Trade Dress in China——Also on the Discussion of the Third Revision of Trademark Law
Abstract：There exist many problems in legal protection of commercial trade dress in China.It is a useful strategy to use Trademark Law to solve such problems.For the third revision of Trademark Law,three key points must be considered： 1.To confirm the protection scope of trade dress;2.To confirm the protection conditions of trade dress;3.To cofirm the priority in using the trade dress.
