The Study of the Psychological Crisis of Enterprise Employee——Case Study of FSK
Abstract：Three major factors,namely,Foxconn＇s management policies,Chinese media＇s reports on the Foxconn suicides,and the rural-urban household registration system in China,have contributed to Foxconn＇s series of suicides.First,Foxconn＇s military-like management policies on assembly lines and campus life increase the sense of alienation,isolation,and deprivation,which increases the state of egoism-anomie.The state of egoism-anomie increases the likelihood of suicides.Second,the high publicity of Foxconn＇s suicides contributes to an increased likelihood of subsequent suicides in Foxconn by provoking potential imitative suicides.Third,the constraints imposed on the rural migrant workers by the household registration system limit Foxconn workers＇ choices.
