A New Vision of Management Philosophy：A Study on Differentiated Management in Communication Practice
Abstract：Difference,in communication practice and daily human life,is a new vision of management.Here,the difference possesses three aspects of meanings.For the first one,practice is itself in progress,and is a process of history with difference;the second,any individual or subject owns difference intrinsically;and the last one,there is difference between subject and subject,or,individual and individual.Difference,the essence of management,is also the foundation and premise of management.It can be seen as an objective existence,a new vision,or,just,a new level of understanding capability.In one sense,management always harbors difference,or makes difference in it,which is absolutely true.No matter what origin the difference has,the more different the management is,the more effective it is.On the other hand,the difference can be understood as relative;management comes out once there is difference.However,huge difference renders direct management unpractical,which gives the origin of level-based management.
