6 Sigma： A Proven Track for the Transformation for Chinese Enterprises
Abstract：Presented before the world is a gorgeous picture of the successful transformation of Chinese state-owned enterprises. By the end of 2010, the percentage of revenue from state-owned enterprises changed from 90% to 50%. Research reveals that during this transformation, some became private enterprises and some became joint ventures, while the better performing companies are joint ventures. Why does this happen？ Our research reveals： 6 Sigma and its sister lean manufacturing are the key to improving productivity and change for their organizational cultures.
