Research on Expert Responsibility of Doctor
Abstract：Expert responsibility of doctor, which is based on the principal-agent relationship, is the way the doctor bears the responsibility directly. It is widely applied in most developed countries in the world, but different from the responsibility theory in China. The responsibility can be divided into four styles： violation of high attention obligations, faithful obligations, demonstrative obligations and confidentiality obligations. Expert responsibility of doctor provides beneficial reference for the classification of obligations and undertaking responsibility when the domestic responsibility theory cannot dissolve the crisis of doctor and patient.
