A Specific Analysis of the Amount of Crime of Intellectual Property Crime
Abstract：In intellectual property rights infringement crime, the amount of crime plays an important role in conviction and sentence. The classification standards of amount include, sales amount, illegal income amount, illegal business amount, the number of items involved, loss, etc. However, the current crimi- nal law and judicial interpretation have not clarified the specific content and calculation of amount of crime. The intellectual property crime contains unaccomplished states. It is necessary to improve the standards of identifying the amount of crime by adding such items as the economic loss of rights and the amount of infringing goods produced and sold.
