The Problem of Medicare System for Rural Migrant Workers with Flexible Employment in Foshan
Abstract：With the diversification of economic ownership and employment pattern, the number of rural migrant workers with flexible employment is growing. But compared with migrant workers with stable employment, there still exist a lot of problems on the medicare system of migrant workers with flexible employment. In this situation, it is of vital practical significance to improve the medicare system to protect the basic rights of migrant workers with flexible employment. This paper analyses the present situation and problem of the medicare system for migrant workers with flexible employment in Foshan, and then proposes some applicable solutions.
