The Path Choice of Building the Social Security Laws for City Community
Abstract：City community has become the basic unit of the social function. As an important part of the wide, diversified social security system, community support plays an essential role of keeping the social stability, which is hard to be replaced by the government, the market or any other organization. From the present status of the social security system in China, this paper proposes the ways of improving the legal system of the social security system so as to keep the basic rights of vulnerable groups in city through the establishment of the society security system in community.
