On the Consummation of Crime from the Perspectives of Perpetrators and Legislators
Abstract：Being in the basic position in the suspended situation of intentional crime, consummation of crime has its important theoretical value. From the angle of perpetrators, the sign of the completion of crime is what the perpetrators expect to happen. This is the general standard of the consummation of crime. From the angle of legislators, the sign of the completion of crime is that a risk state which can lead to a result by perpetrators appears. It is the special standard of the consummation of crime.
