Analysis on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Rural Collective Economic Development in Coastal Agricultural Counties

Abstract：This paper aimed to systematically analyze the development practice of rural collective economy in Zhangpu County,Fujian Province,and provide useful reference for the high-quality development of rural collective economy.Zhangpu County of Fujian Province had the characteristics of both mountain and sea,and the regional development was obviously different.By taking Zhangpu County as the example,the development status,main income sources and existing problems of rural collective economy in Zhangpu County were combed out through the field investigation and data analysis in this paper.The results showed that:the rural collective economy in Zhangpu County had the characteristics of relatively high income,large regional gap and overall stable operation of income and expenditure,and the source of income showed a trend of diversification.However,there were still shortcomings in terms of development foundation,management talents and support policies.Based on this,some countermeasures were put forward including broadening the development path of village collective economy,strengthening the policy support,strengthening the talent support and improving the supervision and management of collective assets.
