Realization Path of Promoting the High-quality Development of Bamboo Industry Under the Action of Using Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic

Abstract：The action of"using bamboo as a substitute for plastic"is put forward under the background of China's practice of national major strategies,such as ecological civilization construction,"two mountain theory",and"double carbon"goal.It has brought unprecedented new opportunities for the development of bamboo industry.Yong'an City is rich in bamboo resources and has a good foundation for bamboo industry.Studying the effective path of"using bamboo as a substitute for plastic"to lead the high-quality development of bamboo industry can provide reference for the high-quality development of bamboo industry in similar areas.The advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of bamboo industry in Yong'an were analyzed by SWOT method,and the realization path of high-quality development was put forward accordingly.The research showed that Yong'an City had the advantages of bamboo forest resources,industrial base,brand influence,public service and policy environment.However,there were some shortcomings in industrial agglomeration,product research and development,mechanization degree,high-end talent reserve,operation and management.Therefore,the countermeasures were put forward including consolidating the resource base,constructing the modern bamboo industry system,strengthening the factor guarantee,and deepening the brand development strategy,thus to implement the action of bamboo as a substitute for plastic.
