Abstract:In order to understand the characteristics of intestinal microbial community structure and metabolome of Capitulum mitella in Dinghai Bay,and explore the relationship between the living environment, feeding habits and intestinal microbial composition of Capitulum mitella, the collected samples of Capitulum mitella were analyzed by using the 16S rRNA high-throughput sequencing technology and non-targeted metabolomics technology. The results showed that at the phylum level, the most dominant phylum was Proteobacteria, with a content of 47.17%,followed by Bacteroidetes, with a content of 40.61%.At the class level, the most dominant class was Bacteroides, with a content of 40.59%,followed by Gammaproteobacteria, with a content of 32.62%.At the genus level, the most dominant genus was Sediminibacterium, with a content of 22.77%,followed by Pseudarcicella, with a content of 10.97%.There were still more genera that failed to be cultured or identified. The most abundant metabolites in the intestinal tract of Capitulum mitella were lipide and lipid materials, accounting for about 31%of the total metabolites, followed by organic acids and their derivatives, accounting for about 23%of the total metabolites.
