Upland agriculture and low-carbon economy

Abstract：Low-carbon economy is the principal way for human beings to handle global climate changes and reduce green-house gas emission. From the perspective of low-carbon economy,the present status and existing problems in upland agricul-ture in China were elaborated,and several agriculture measures for rainfed crops were summarized,the developing line for upland agriculture under low-carbon economy conditions was propose.
