Abstract：Research progress in the isolation and purified culture,artificial solid culture and artificial liquid fermentation conditions of Ophiocordyceps sinensis in recent years were summarized,and the research tendency for artificial culture of Ophiocordyceps sinensis was investigated in this paper.
