High yield cultivation techniques of Taiwan purple sweet potato

Abstract：Taiwan purple sweet potato has some advantages including high yield of fresh potato,high anthocyanin content and good taste. This paper summarized high yield cultivation techniques of Taiwan purple sweet potato including cultivation of strong seedlings,early planting,rational increase of potash fertilizer application and timely harvest.
