Abstract：The characteristics of new chayote varieties ＂Fuyou＂ was introduced, and its high-yield cultivation techniques were summarized, including land selection, field planting, fertilizer and water management, frame-building and pruning, disease and pest control, harvesting and overwintering management etc.
