Control techniques of potato main diseases and pests in Heilongjiang province
Abstract：The main kinds of potato diseases and pests in Heilongjiang province include potato early blight,potato late blight,potato virus disease,Henosepilachna vigintioctomaculata,and so on.In this paper,we summarized the occuring features,occuring conditions and control techniques of above potato main diseases and pests.
