Effect of different planting density and harvesting time on yield and marketability of ＂Xialvfei＂ pakchoi
Abstract：The yield and marketability of ＂Xialvfei＂ pakchoi in different planting density and various harvesting time was tested in this study.The results showed that the suitable planting density of ＂Xialvfei＂ pakchoi was 7.5~15.0 cm in plain area during summer.The planting distance was 7.5~10.0 cm or 12.5~15.0 cm,the suitable harvesting time was 22~28 d and 25~31 d respectively.The high yield could be gained under the high planting density,but its marketability sharply droped down because of the delay of harvesting time,so it should be harvested in time.
