Field performance and high-yielding cultivation technique of Yiyou673
Abstract：Yiyou673 is a new combination of aromatic hybrid rice and was introduced to Helong Town,Ninghua County in 2009-2010.Result showed that the cultivar charactered excellent grain-quality,strong vitality,big panicle with many grains,high seed-setting rate,high and stable yield and wide adaptation,and possessed high-yielding potential.In order to ensure high yield,the cultivation technique of Yiyou673 should pay attention on planting area selection,suitable sowing time,fostering strong seedling,timely transplanting,rational close planting,applying panicle-spikelet fertilizer,scientific water management and insect-disease control.
