Abstract：Snow bean（Pisum sativum） was one of the major vegetable varieties and agricultural exports at Tongan District,Xiamen City,Fujian Province.This paper dealt with the main local snow bean cultivar Taichung11,and concluded the pollution-free and high-yield cultivation techniques from autumn-winter season to early-spring season.
