Preventive and therapeutic effcets of spine-fitting sleeping pad on chronic diseases：a clinical observation
Abstract：Objective To evaluate the preventive and therapeutic effects ofspine-fitting sleeping pad on the diseases of the cervical vertebra, lumber vertebra and the spinal column. Method Spine-fitting sleeping pad was prescribed for 30 patients with diseases of the cervical and/or lumber vertebra and other related chronic diseases,to establish and maintain natural position of the body when sleeping. Results A total improvement rate of 96.69% was achieved after the treatment. Conclusion The spine-fitting sleeping pad may protect the spinal column and help prevent chronic diseases.
