Abstract：By 2025, with all provinces and prefecture-level cities across the country completing the delineation of key areas for groundwater pollution prevention and control, the national groundwater pollution prevention and control management system has been fully established. This marks that after more than a decade of efforts, China's groundwater pollution prevention and control work has shifted from passive treatment to an active prevention stage, entering a new strategic phase.
