Abstract：Atrial functional mitral regurgitation(AFMR)is a unique form of mitral regurgitation(MR).With the increasing aging of the population,the incidence of AFMR is on the rise.Studies have shown that mitral valve transcatheter edge-to-edge repair is effective and safe for AFMR treatment,with significant improvements in patients'symptoms and survival rates.However,AFMR treatment is still challenging,as prognosis is influenced by multiple factors.
