Abstract：Patients with atrial fibrillation and stroke are at an increased risk of recurrent stroke and bleeding events.It is very challenging to make an anticoagulation strategy of this patients in clinical.Based on the latest trials and guidelines,and in the Chinese context and clinical practice,the present consensus comprehensively elaborates the anticoagulant strategy and makes recommendations based on the available evidence aiming to standardize and improve the anticoagulation treatment and comprehensive management of patients with atrial fibrillation and stroke.
