Abstract：This study,grounded in the Four-Spiral Model,explores collaborative pathways for advancing digital transformation in the lithium battery industry.The research identifies challenges in Yichun region,including fragmented collaborative mechanisms and data silos,highlighting the need to strengthen organizational support systems and resource activation frameworks while accelerating data-driven initiatives and green transition.Policy recommendations include establishing a Digital Transformation Promotion Center,developing an industrial data platform,and implementing digital supervision mechanisms.These measures aim to foster supply chain integration and value-sharing,providing theoretical and practical references for building a digital lithium battery industry cluster.
