Abstract:The rapid evolution of the new energy industry demands multidisciplinary competencies from electrochemical professionals. This study examines the specific talent requirements in industrialization processes, identifies structural challenges in current university education including outdated curricula, disconnect between practical training and industry needs, and superficial industry-academia integration and proposes reform strategies across three dimensions:curriculum design, teaching methodologies, and collaborative models. The research aims to provide targeted solutions for optimizing electrochemistry talent development systems in Chinese universities, thereby enhancing the alignment between academic training and industrial demands.
