Rapid and evaluation system of air permeability based on LabVIEW software

Abstract：With the widespread application of liquid lithium batteries in various fields,people have put forward higher requirements for the performance and safety of batteries.As one of the key components of lithium batteries,the separator plays a crucial role in the performance and safety of the battery.However,there isn't a testing system that can quickly evaluate the permeability of different types of lithium battery diaphragms.To address this issue,this article designs a permeability evaluation testing system based on LabVIEW software.Through verification,the system can quickly compare the permeability of different lithium battery diaphragms under different temperature conditions,thereby evaluating the permeability performance of different lithium battery diaphragms.The design and implementation of this system provides an effective tool for the lithium battery industry,which helps to improve battery performance and safety,and promote the development of lithium battery technology.
