Research on the"order based"talent training model for power battery enterprises

Abstract：With the rapid development of the global new energy vehicle industry,the power battery industry,as its core component,has ushered in unprecedented market opportunities.However,it also faces a problem of a serious shortage of high-quality technical and skilled personnel who are proficient in advanced processes and equipment.Therefore,this article explores in depth how to construct and implement an"order based"talent training model for power battery enterprises,and proposes strategies such as establishing a long-term communication mechanism between schools and enterprises,continuously optimizing the curriculum and teaching system,strengthening incentives and rights protection,in order to provide effective solutions for enterprises to solve the problem of"difficult employment".
