Abstract：With the deepening of energy structure transformation,the demand for battery testing and maintenance technology talents in the new energy vehicle industry has shown explosive growth.As the main body of cultivating technical and skilled talents,the construction of the"dual teacher"teaching team in vocational colleges is directly related to the quality and efficiency of industry education integration.This article focuses on the field of battery testing and maintenance,systematically analyzing the core role and practical difficulties of"dual teacher"teachers in the process of education,exploring feasible paths for their ability improvement and mechanism optimization,and aiming to build a talent training system that conforms to the laws of industrial technology iteration.
