Method and application of measuring specific capacity of negative electrode material in lithium ion battery

Abstract：Using lithium iron phosphate material as the positive electrode,artificial graphite material as the negative electrode to prepare a 10 Ah soft pack lithium-ion battery.In the battery design process,the method of excess positive electrode capacity is used,different SOC charges are carried out on the battery,and then the battery discharge and battery disassembly are carried out respectively.Analyzed the discharge curve and the lithium analysis of the negative electrode of the battery is observed.The results show that this method can accurately calculate the capacity of the negative electrode material in the lithium-ion battery.
