Exploration of the training mode of battery intelligent manufacturing talents based on the industrial college

Abstract：The accelerated development of the global new energy industry puts forward higher requirements for the quality of talents in the field of battery manufacturing.The traditional education model lags behind in the updating of professional courses,the design of practical links,and the capacity building of teachers,which is difficult to meet the talent needs of the rapid iteration of intelligent manufacturing technology.Through the school-enterprise collaboration mechanism,the industrial college provides an effective path for the innovation of talent training mode.Therefore,this paper discusses the construction of a training model for battery professionals based on industrial colleges,in order to provide solutions for the industry to deliver high-quality technical talents suitable for the development of intelligent manufacturing.
