Abstract:In order to solve the problems of high preparation cost and small wetting angle of existing water-based conductive coatings, the water-based acrylate was used as film-forming material, cheap carbon black and graphite were used as conductive fillers to prepare a kind of environment-friendly and water-borne conductive coating with other additives. The effects of the mass fraction of graphite/carbon black, the mass ratio of graphite and carbon black, the mass fraction of acrylate grease on the volume resistivity of the coating were studied. The results show that the comprehensive performance of the coating is optimal when the mass fraction of graphite/carbon black is 10%,the mass ratio graphite/carbon black is 3∶2,the mass fraction of acrylate is 10%,and the mass fraction of coupling agent is 1.5.The resistivity of the coating can reach 0.103 4 Ω·cm,the adhesion is grade 1,the hardness reaches HB and the static angle reaches 91.84 °.
