Abstract：With the rapid development and technological advancements in the new energy vehicle industry,inspection,certification,and research and development testing have become increasingly critical components of the industry chain.As the core energy storage system of new energy vehicles,traction batteries pose significant safety risks during testing.The fast-paced growth of the battery industry has introduced new challenges and heightened requirements for the operational safety of traction battery laboratories.Drawing on over a decade of experience in battery laboratory operations,this article outlines a comprehensive strategy for managing operational safety in traction battery laboratories,addressing key aspects such as safety concepts,methods and strategies,critical processes,and specific measures.
