Abstract:The quantitative assessment of the safety of lithium-ion batteries is crucial for ensuring stable and efficient operation.Subject to the complex factors of lithium battery, most of the current evaluation methods provide qualitative description and lack of quantitative evaluation. To solve this problem, this paper proposes a lithium battery operation safety state model based on potential field theory. The model monitors signals such as battery voltage and current, calculates the battery's safety value, and then evaluates its safety status.Based on this, and with safety thresholds set by human experience, this method has broad application prospects in future battery safety warning systems. In addition, experiments simulating driving conditions verify the feasibility and applicability of the model.
