Research and development on the safety of special-shaped thermal batteries

Abstract：In order to achieve the development goal of future miniaturized weapons,the next generation of thermal batteries has extremely high requirements for on-demand design,and there is an urgent need to develop special-shaped thermal battery technology.At present,the preparation technology of shaped thermal batteries has become increasingly applicable,but it is still necessary to improve the safety design of special-shaped thermal batteries to ensure their practical application.This article discusses the research progress of various safety technologies from the perspectives of insulation safety,thermal safety,and internal pressure safety of special-shaped thermal batteries,analyzes the existing hidden dangers and shortcomings,then looks forward to the insulation safety,thermal safety,and internal pressure safety technologies of special-shaped thermal batteries.
