Abstract:Solid-state batteries with high safety can adapt to high-capacity cathodes and anodes, which is the direction of battery development. However,it also has problems such as large solid-phase interface impedance and inadequate interface structure stability. In order to quickly evaluate the role of solid-state battery technology in practical batteries,a solid electrolyte membrane with an ionic conductivity of 6.16 × 10-4 S/cm at 50 ℃ was prepared by casting method.Using high nickel ternary material as cathode and graphite as anode,a micro-pouch battery with weight of 1.121 4 g and capacity of 53.44 mAh and a high capacity pouch battery with capacity of 7 252.8 mAh were fabricated. The micro-pouch battery showed 150 cycles at a high discharge C-rate of 5 C.The high capacity pouch battery achieved 439 cycles at the DOD of 13.78%.The above results indicate that the solid electrolyte membrane is suitable for the practical applications of lithium ion batteries. However, the interface in these batteries still has some drawbacks.Based on the results of this paper,it is expected to promote the development of high-performance batteries by improving solid-state electrolyte materials and battery formation.
