Abstract：The overcharge safety performance of a kind of pouch NCM Li-ion battery was studied at different charging current.The characteristics and rules was obtained by analyzing the voltage and temperature of batteries during experiments.The influence of charging current on the re-leased energy of thermal runaway was studied through comparing the test results of heat and o-vercharge.
