The design of automatic control system for battery salver putting machine

Abstract：The paper introduces the equipment action of the battery salver putting machine,and the method of electrical automatic control system design.The main controller for the electrical automatic control system is Siemens PLC S7-200 CPU224XP(add on an EM221,the digital input extension module).The master program are sequential control program,including OB1,SBR-1 (automatic program),SBR-2(manual program)and interruption control program.The equipment can fulfill automatic putting for the battery salver.It can decrease the intensity of the operators and improve the efficiency in a large scale.
